news aktuell organises the PR Picture Award. If you wish to submit images yourself for the PR Image Award, we will direct you to the Alpha Awards web application. In order to submit a picture, you must register there personally. In doing so, we process personal data in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations (DSGVO). We will only process data if we have a valid legal basis for doing so (consent). We use the personal data provided by you (name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, IP address) and the other information provided exclusively in connection with the implementation of the PR Image Award, for example to send you information about the PR Image Award. Voting for the PR Image Award is also organised via the Alpha Awards platform. To ensure that voters do not vote several times a day, the IP address is collected and stored for a maximum of 24 hours.
